What is digital accessibility?

Everyone should be able to easily use and consult the information on a website or an app, in particular people with disabilities and/or using assistive software or specialised equipment (blind, partially sighted or otherwise disabled people).

These websites are not compliant with the European Standard EN 301 549 and the Framework for Assessing Web-Accessibility (RAWeb) version 1.

Non-accessible content

The content of these sites is currently under audit to assess compliance with applicable standards. The list of identified issues is not yet available, but the audit results will be published as soon as they are, and necessary actions will be taken to address any identified non-compliance.

Accessibility features

Currently, LuxID does not include specific accessibility features. However, we are committed to evaluating and implementing improvements to make our service more accessible in the future.

Preparation of this accessibility statement

This statement was prepared on 5 November 2024. The declarations contained in this statement are accurate and based on an actual evaluation of these websites compliance with the requirements defined in RAWeb 1, such as a self-assessment done by "Post Luxembourg".
